~ Meditation Club ~
Meditation is an experience everyone can enjoy. Whether it is your first or 100th time, meditation club is open for anyone who would like to take some time to relax and center from daily stress and emotional build up.
Please feel free to join us on Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm in the Union. Look under NEWS for room information.
The meditation program is a guided breathing meditation focusing on breath, body sensation and walking meditation. Please arrive 15 minutes early to redirect your energies to calmness before the session begins.
We suggest bringing a small pillow and wearing comfortable clothes to help relieve any discomfort and improve leg circulation.
