ETSU Residence Hall Association

The Residence Hall Association is the student organization that unites all ETSU residents for the betterment of the on-campus community. There is no fee to participate, and the involvement opportunities are endless. You just have to live on-campus!

The purpose of RHA is to:
-represent all students who live on-campus and supply channels through which residents may express opinions
-address residential community issues and concerns
-act on proposals through reccomendations to the SGA, DHRL, and/or other oppropriate administrative personnel
-perform educational and social programming for campus residents and the campus at large
-provide leadership development and training opportunities
-develop and understanding of diversity and its acceptance in the residential community
-provide involvement that will enhance professional skills and career goals
-perform all dutues necessary for the betterment of residential students and the residential community.
